In this production release (March 10), course enrollment exports will include optional enrollments, such as learners who have enrolled in a course through the Learning Library. User index exports are now asynchronous which allows for larger exports and will also display a new page with information about the export status. Additionally, learners will be shown the Course Completion page when completing a SCORM course.

New Features

Asynchronous User Export

A new tab will be opened when exporting user index reports. The new tab will display information such as the export status or any error information. An option to cancel the user index export is available on the Processing Status page. The asynchronous export prevents the timing out of large exports which take longer than 60 seconds to process.

Updated Features

SCORM Course Completion Page

After a SCORM course has been completed, the learner will be able to view his or her score on the Course Completion page instead of being redirected to the My Learning page. Also, learners will now be redirected to the My Learning page if the learner leaves the course before it has been completed.

Course Enrollment CSV Export

Learners who have self-enrolled in a course through the Learning Library are now included in the course enrollment CSV export. Learners who have been added to a course will be indicated in the enrollment export CSV file with a “TRUE” entry in the Required column. Learners who have self-enrolled in a course through the Learning Library will be indicated with a “FALSE” entry in the Required column of the CSV file.
