New Features

Incomplete Learners Report

incomplete learners report.pngA new Incomplete Learners Report has been added to the Reports menu. The report contains a list of learner names and their corresponding incomplete course, due date, status, and time spent in the course. The learner names and courses are linked to the learner’s profile and incomplete course.

From and Reply-To Address

A custom From label and Reply-To email address can now be set for Bridge email notifications. The custom label and address will help learners recognize the notification was initiated from within their organization and allow them to reply to email notifications with questions or concerns. Note that this will not change the actual email address from which the notifications are sent. Custom From labels and Reply-To addresses must be configured by your Customer Success Manager. Please contact your CSM for assistance.

Fixed Bugs

Vimeo and Wistia Aspect Ratio

Bridge now detects the aspect ratio of public videos from external video hosting sites that have been uploaded to a course slide. Previously, Bridge would default to an aspect ratio of 16:9 which caused for abnormal letter-boxing to be added to videos with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Note that unlisted (private) Vimeo videos do not allow sharing of the height and width information and therefor cannot be detected within a Bridge course.

Shared Course Attachments

Attachments to shared courses originating from top-level accounts are now available to users who have been enrolled in the course at the subaccount level. Previously, the attachments were visible but not accessible to subaccount learners who were enrolled in the course.
