In this production release (June 2), Account Admins can generate registration links for courses. These registration links help facilitate the promotion of courses in areas outside of Bridge. The Quiz Response CSV export now includes timestamps for each learner response. Bug fixes are also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)

Course Registration Links

Account Admins can now use this tool to promote courses using the Bridge-generated registration link. This link can then be posted outside of Bridge in areas like company calendars or emails. The Registration Link button at the top of the Course Page will create a link for learners to enroll in a course. Once the link has been sent to the Learner, the Learner will choose to either accept or reject the enrollment.

Updated Features

Quiz Response CSV

A timestamp will now be included in the Quiz Response CSV export. The Completed Time column will list the date and time that represents when the quiz attempt was completed by the learner. This timestamp does not represent when the course was completed. This will help Bridge users differentiate between a learner’s multiple quiz attempts and to also keep record specific data required for any necessary compliance-related reporting.

Fixed Bugs

Marketplace Navigation Link

The Marketplace navigation link is now responsive while users are browsing Lynda and OpenSesame courses. Previously, the Marketplace navigation link was visible but unresponsive when a user was attempting to navigate away from the Lynda or OpenSesame catalogs back to the Marketplace page.

Group Enrollments in Programs

Bridge accurately handles large group enrollments and subsequent group un-enrollments for programs. Previously, if a very large group was enrolled in a program and then immediately un-enrolled, some learners from the large group would remain enrolled. This was caused by the back-end group enrollment process not being fully cancelled after a user selected the un-enrollment option while the group enrollment was still being processed.
