How do I add a tag to a course?

Tags allow learners to search for courses using specific words or phrases related to the course content. Once a course has been created, you can create or find tags to add to your course.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

Open Courses

In the Training menu [1], click the Courses link [2].

On the Courses page, click the name of the course.

On the course details page, click the More Settings link.

Select New Tag

Click the Add New Tag button.

Create Tag

In the text field, enter the name of the tag you want to create.

If the tag has already been created and added to any course in your account, the tag will appear in the drop-down list as you type.

Press Return [Mac] or Enter [PC] to add the tag to the course.

You can view the tag by searching for the tag name on the Courses page [1]. Courses with tags that match the search will be shown in purple [2].

To remove a tag, click the Remove icon next to the tag name.
