How do I post or reply to a comment in a course?

You can post or reply to comments in courses with comment-enabled slides.

Open Course

On the My Learning page, click the name of your course.

View Course

View your course in Bridge. If a slide has comments enabled, you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the slide to view comments.

The indicator at the top of the course shows your course progress. Learn more about how to navigate an online course.

View comments. To show more comments, click the Show more link.

In the comment field [1], enter your comment. To add an image to your comment, click the image icon [2].

There are a few ways to add an image to your comment:

  • In the Paste URL field, paste an image URL (must be https)
  • Drag and drop your file directly into the image drop zone
  • Browse and choose a file from your computer to upload

To delete the image, hover over the image and click the Delete button.

When you're ready, click the Post Comment link.

Note: You will not be able to edit or delete your comment once it has been posted.

Note: You can still view comments for completed courses.

Reply to Comment

Reply to Comment

To reply to a comment, click the Reply link [1]. Enter your comment in the comment field [2]. When you're ready, click the Post Comment link [3].

View your reply. Replies are displayed below the parent comment. Learners can post a reply to the parent comment, but cannot develop the conversation beyond two layers of nesting.

Note: Learners will receive an email notification for every reply that is made to their comment.
