How do I use Bridge as an admin?

As a learner with an admin role (different from account admin), Bridge defaults to the Courses page. As an admin, you can manage courses, programs, users, groups, live trainings, and surveys in your account or sub account.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

View Navigation Menu

View Navigation Menu

The navigation menu includes links to the Learner Profile, Training, Surveys, People, and Account Settings [1]. The Switch to Learner Role link [2] allows you to access your My Learning page which contains courses, programs, and live trainings you are enrolled in. You can also view the Learning Library and the Live Training Calendar using the Learner Role view.

To collapse the navigation menu, click the Collapse Menu link [3]. To expand the navigation menu, click the Expand icon [4].

View Courses Page

View Programs

Located in the Training menu, the Programs page shows all programs in the account or sub account. Please see the Programs page lesson to learn how to use the Programs page.

View Live Trainings

  View Live Training 

Located in the Training menu, the Live Trainings page shows all live training courses and sessions in the account or sub account. Please see the Live Trainings page lesson to learn how to use the Live Trainings page.

View Checkpoints

  View Tasks 

Located in the Training menu, the Checkpoints page shows all checkpoints in your account. You can use the Checkpoints page to create, edit, and delete checkpoints in the account or subaccount.

View Surveys

Located in the Surveys menu, the Surveys page shows you all the surveys in the account or sub account. Please see the Surveys page lesson to learn how to use the Surveys page.

View Users

  View Users 

Located in the People menu, the Users page shows all users in the account or sub account. Please see the Users page lesson to learn how to use the Users page.

View Groups

  View Groups 

Located in the People menu, the Groups page shows all groups in the account or sub account. Please see the Groups page lesson to learn how to use the Groups page.

View Sub Accounts

  View Sub Accounts 

Located in the Account Settings menu, the Manage Sub Accounts page shows all sub accounts in your account. Please see the sub accounts lesson to learn about sub accounts.

View Tags

  View Tags 

Located in the Account Settings menu, the Manage Tags page shows all tags that are being used in your account. Please see the tags lesson to learn more about course tags.
