How do I reset my password?

If you cannot log in to Bridge, you can reset your password. If you do not know your login ID, you may need to set up an account.

Notes:

  • If you have been unsubscribed from receiving email notifications, you will still receive the password reset email notification.
  • If you are using CAS authentication, you will need to contact your Bridge admin for assistance.

Open Browser

In a browser window, enter your Bridge URL: [myaccount].bridgeapp.com.

Open Forgot Password

Click the I forgot my password link.

Reset Password

Reset Password

In the Email or Login ID field [1], enter your email address or login ID. Click the Reset Password button [2].

Confirm Reset

Confirm Reset

Bridge will notify you to check your email.

Look for the email with the subject Reset Your Bridge Password. You may need to check your junk mail folder.

Reset My Password

In your email message, click the Reset My Password button.

Create New Password

Create New Password

In the password fields, enter a new password [1], then confirm the password [2].

Save and Log In

Save and Log In

Click the Save and Log In button.
