You can switch to a sub account if you are an account admin in the top-level account. Switching to a sub account, or teleporting, allows you to manage courses, users, and settings for the sub account.

Notes:

  • You are not masquerading as another user when switching to a sub account. All actions and content creation or modification performed in the sub account will be logged as being completed by you.
  • Switching to a sub account is a function that is not currently supported on mobile devices.
  • This feature is not available in Bridge for Teams accounts.

Open Sub Accounts

Open Sub Accounts

In the Account Settings menu [1], click the Manage Sub Accounts link [2].

A new tab or window will open with the sub account dashboard. The bar at the bottom of the page indicates you have teleported to the sub account and will remain the entire time you are working in the sub account. Note that the address bar contains the sub account url.

To return back to the top-level account, click the Stop button located in the bar at the bottom of the page.
