How do I send a message to all learners in a program?

Once you have published a program and added learners, you can message learners in your program if notifications are enabled for your account. Messages are sent to the email address in each learner's profile. You can select recipients according to program status.

Notes:

  • Messaging is a one-way feature in Bridge; learners replies cannot be viewed in the Bridge UI. However, account admins can provide a way for learners to respond to messages by specifying a custom reply-to email address for the account. Learners will then be able to direct their responses to the reply-to email address. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
  • Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

In the Training menu [1], click the Programs link [2].

On the Programs page, click the name of the program.

On the Program Details page, click the Message icon.

Note: If the icon is grayed out, no learners have been added to your program.

Select Recipients

In the status drop-down menu, select the learners you want to message according to program status.

Note: If a learner has chosen to unsubscribe from email notifications, the learner will not receive the message.

In the text field, enter the content of your message.

Click the Send button.

Confirm Message

Confirm your message was sent.
