As a learner with an IT admin role, Bridge defaults to the Courses page. The IT admin role is separate from the account admin role and grants more access to the Bridge account or sub account. As an IT admin, you can manage account settings, content, users, and groups in your account or sub account.

View the default roles and permissions in Bridge.

View Navigation Menu

View Navigation Menu

The Navigation Menu includes links to the Learner Profile, Training, Surveys, People, and Account Settings [1]. The Switch to Learner Role link [2] allows you to access courses, programs, and live trainings that you are enrolled in. You can also switch to the learner role to view the Learning Library and the Live Training Calendar.

To collapse the Navigation Menu, click the Collapse Menu link [3]. To expand the Navigation Menu, click the Expand icon [4].

Located in the Training menu, the Tasks page shows all tasks in your account. You can use the Tasks page to create, edit, and delete tasks in your account or subaccount.

View Surveys

View Users

Located in the People menu, the Users page shows all users in the account or sub account. Learn how to use the Users page.

Located in the People menu, the Groups page shows all groups in the account or sub account. Learn how to use the Groups page.

View Account Settings

You can manage general account settings and tags from the Account Settings menu.
