In this production release (April 20), terminology has been updated to improve consistency throughout Bridge. Admins see active sub accounts by default when viewing their sub accounts and can view groups and certificate URLs in certain report CSV exports. AutoCSV error messages have also been improved for clarity. Existing live trainings that are past their set end time have been concluded for all Bridge users. Authors will no longer see the gray border that surrounded content slides when creating or editing courses. Several bug fixes are also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
Terminology has been cleaned up to ensure consistency in the way that buttons and text are named. This includes some minor adjustments to Users, Live Trainings, and Groups. Functionality has not been affected.
Sub Account Lists
Admins see active sub accounts by default when viewing their list of sub accounts. Previously, the Sub Accounts list defaulted to show all sub accounts, including inactive sub accounts. Inactive sub-accounts can be viewed in the sub-accounts filter.
Report CSV Exports
Admins can view links to learners’ certificates in the Completed Learners CSV file. Admins can also see the Groups field in the CSV files for the Completed Learners, Overdue Learners, and Incomplete Learners reports when these reports are refined by Programs.
AutoCSV Error Messages
AutoCSV error messages have been improved for clarity. Improved error messages are triggered by invalid CSV files and missing files from remote servers.
Concluded Live Trainings
In conjunction with the Auto Conclude Live Trainings feature included in the previous release, existing live trainings that are past their set end time have been concluded for all Bridge users. Bridge users will not need to do anything as part of this process. Concluded live trainings can still be edited, including attendance. Additionally, notifications for concluded live trainings have been disabled for learners who did not attend live trainings.
Authors will no longer see the gray border that surrounded content slides when creating or editing courses. This change improves page responsiveness and aligns the author experience with the learner experience so authors have a better sense of what learners see when viewing content. Quiz slides have not been affected.
Live trainings and tasks are included in enrollment exports for programs. Previously, tasks and live trainings were not included in program enrollment exports.
Incomplete Learners Report
When admins who are also managers view the Incomplete Learners Reports, they see all users in their accounts. Previously, these users could only view the users that they managed.
Open Enrollment in Shared Sub Account
Admins and sub account admins can toggle open enrollment settings for courses within shared sub accounts. Previously, permissions did not allow these users to adjust open enrollment settings.
Users with both account admin and manager roles can add, edit, and delete users via CSV Import. Previously, they were not able to make changes to users via CSV.
