As an author, you can embed media from Arc in a slide. Media is embedded using the Arc integration. You can select existing media and also upload new media through the Arc integration.

When embedding media in Bridge, comments are enabled by default, but you can choose to disable comments. Regardless of comments, embedded media views are always included in analytics.

In the toolbar, click the Media icon.

Click the Arc icon.

Locate Media

By default, the page displays media from your uploads. To view other uploaded media, click the My Uploads menu [1].

To upload new media, click the Add button [2]. You can also drag and drop media into the window. You can bulk upload multiple media files at a time. The maximum file size for a media upload is 10 GB.

To search for a video or audio file, click the Search icon [3].

Note: If you are an author, you can also view media uploads for your courses.

Hover over the media you want to embed.

Disable Comments

By default, comments are included in the video or audio files [1].

To disable comments in the video or audio file, click the Comments icon [2].

Click the Choose This check mark.

View Media

Your embedded media displays in the slide.

If you want to replace the existing media, delete the media, click the Media icon, and then click the Arc icon.
