In this production release (May 25), admins can enable authentication providers for their account. Admins can also view learners’ progress within a program and mark their progress as complete. Admins can only enable open enrollment for live trainings by using the Sharable Link. Authors can add customized feedback to quiz questions. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)


New Features

Account Authentication Settings

Admins can customize authentication provider settings for their account. These settings can be found under the Auth tab in the Manage Account menu. This tab is not available for sub-accounts.




For help with obtaining metadata and other information needed to enable authentication, please contact your Customer Success Manager. The Bridge Product Team will release additional documentation on using this feature in the coming weeks.


Quiz Feedback

Authors can add customized feedback to quiz questions. Feedback can be added by using the Customize Learner Feedback menu.




For all quizzes except Short Answer, authors can leave specific feedback for correct and incorrect answers. Authors can also leave the same feedback message for all answers.




After learners submit their answer to a quiz question, the feedback created by the course author will display within the quiz.




Updated Features

Live Trainings

Admins can only enable open enrollment for live trainings by using the Sharable Link. Previously, the setting could also be enabled by using the Open Enrollment toggle. This change is the result of a fixed bug where a failed enrollment would occur when open enrollment was disabled for a live training that had already been added to the Learning Library.





Admins can see learners’ progress within a program by viewing the Progress icon. A checkmark indicates a completed program and an incomplete circle indicates a program that is still in progress.




Admins can mark a learner’s progress as complete within a program. To mark a program as complete, click the Progress icon for an incomplete program and click the Mark Complete button.
