In this production release (June 1), learners can use the Live Training Calendar to view live training sessions and manage their registration status. Several bug fixes are also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
Live Training Calendar
Learners can view the Live Training Calendar, which includes live training sessions they have registered for and those available for registration. The Live Training Calendar is accessible from the Navigation Menu.
From the Live Training Calendar, learners can quickly view information about live training sessions, register for available sessions, and unregister from existing session enrollments.
Learners can also select an Agenda View option.
If an author adds a time to the Duration field in Course Settings, the time is taken into consideration when learners view the time remaining in the course. Previously, time remaining was only calculated by the amount of content in the course.
When adding attendees to a live training session, admins only see the Reschedule button if they are adding a future enrollment for an attendee and another future enrollment exists. Previously, the Reschedule button would also appear when adding attendees to concluded sessions or a future session when only concluded session enrollments existed.
Learners can register for optional programs from the Learning Library. Previously, programs added from the Learning Library would display as required enrollments.
In the Completed Learners Report, admins can view certificates for completed enrollments from the CSV file download. Previously, some URLs from these files would result in blank webpages.
Support Contact Information
All users can view custom support contact information for an account. Previously, this information was not displayed to learners within an account.
