Admins can print a sign-in sheet for a live training session. Admins can use the sign-in sheet to take attendance for workshops, conferences, and other events added to live trainings.

Open Application Switcher Menu

  Open Application Switcher Menu 

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1]. Then, click the Author menu option [2].

Open Live Trainings

In the Author menu, click the Live Trainings link.

Open Live Training

Open Live Training Course

On the Live Trainings page, click the name of a training.

Under the Sessions tab [1], click the date of the session you want to open [2].

View Session Attendees

View Session Attendees

View the attendees that have been added to your live training session [1]. To add learners, click the Add Learner button [2]. You can also remove learners from the session.

To print a sign-in sheet for a live training session, click the Print button.

View a preview of your sign-in sheet [1]. To confirm you want to print the sign-in sheet, click the Print button [2].
