In this production release (June 22), admins can create API tokens for their account from the Manage Account menu. Admins can customize the re-enrollment period for live trainings and refine reports by learner. Authors can customize the re-enrollment period for courses. Several bug fixes are also included. New Features

Account API Settings

Admins can create API tokens for their account through the API tab in the Manage Account menu. This tab is not available for sub accounts.

To create an API token, admins must assign a user role and name to the token. Learner is the default role for new API tokens. An expiration date can also be set for the token.

Admins will be provided with a key, secret, and authorization code for each new token.

Updated Features

Customizable Course Re-Enrollment

Authors can customize the re-enrollment period for courses. This period designates the number of days a learner has to complete their re-enrollment before it expires. Previously, the re-enrollment period was always the same as the Due Within time period.

Customizable Live Training Re-Enrollment

Admins can customize the re-enrollment period for live trainings. This period designates the number of days a learner has to complete their re-enrollment before the live training expires. Previously, the re-enrollment period was always set to 30 days.

Fine Tune Reports by Learner

Admins can refine reports by learner using the Fine Tune button. This option is available for the Completed Learners, Incomplete Learners, and Overdue Learners reports.

Fixed Bugs

Admin Dashboard

Admins with a manager role can view the Admin Dashboard. Previously, the Dashboard would not appear for users who only had admin and manager roles.

 

Deleted Group Attributes

Admins will not see deleted attributes when editing groups. Previously, some deleted attributes that were added via CSV upload would still remain in the group.

 

Open Book Quizzes

Learners can skip to any slide when taking a course with Open Book Quiz enabled. Previously, learners were only able to progress through slides sequentially.

 

Spaces in CSV Uploads

Extra spaces are not taken into account when processing CSV uploads. Previously, the same UIDs would be considered different if one included a space.
