Bug fixes are also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
Sub Account Data Exports
Sub account admins can export sub account data. Once enabled by support, the Download All Data link will appear under the Tools menu for any Bridge user who has been assigned the View Report permission. The data export is downloaded as a zip file containing CSVs with the sub account data. Data on learning items that have been shared from the top-level account with the sub account will be included in the data export but will not include top-level learner enrollment data. Admins should contact their Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
The Tasks feature has been renamed to Checkpoints. This change was made in preparation for a larger upcoming feature and better reflects the ways the feature is being used. No functionality has been affected.
Login Dates and Password Reset
Admins can see when registered learners last logged into Bridge when sending a password reset request.
Due Date Settings for Shared Courses
Sub account admins can manage due date settings of courses that are shared from the root account. The Due Within time period can be modified in the sub account's course without changing the Due Within time period of the course in the root account.
Custom Roles and Masquerading
Admins can masquerade as a user that has been assigned a custom role that grants account settings permissions. Previously, users were unable to access any admin settings while masquerading as a user that had been assigned a custom role that only granted account settings permissions, such as Manage Branding.
Background Images in Programs
Users can see the background image and animation for a program in every supported browser. Previously, several users were unable to see the program image and/or animation when viewing the program in Chrome v59.
Custom Terms of Service
The text in customized Terms of Service messages are formatted correctly. Previously, when a new learner would log into an account that had set up a customized Terms of Service message, the message would be displayed in markup language.
Manually Sent Emails
Emails that are manually sent from Bridge to a learner’s Hotmail or Outlook email account retain the spacing and formatting originally included in the message. Previously, emails that had been manually sent from Bridge by an admin would be received as one individual paragraph in block text if the learner was viewing the email in a Hotmail or Outlook account.
