How do I use Bridge Perform as a manager?

If you are a manager with employees who report directly to you, you can use the Application Switcher to switch between the My Career page and the My Team page.

Open My Career Page

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the My Career option [2].

View My Career Page

The Career page lets you manage your own career development as a company employee. You can see an overview of your 1on1 agenda items [1], goals [2], pending assessments [3], learning items [4], and timeline [5].

Open My Team Page

The My Team page lets you manage your direct reports as a manager. To open the My Team page, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the My Team option [2].

The My Team page includes a sortable list of your direct reports. 

Each of your direct reports is represented by an employee card. Employee cards display the number of incomplete tasks [1], achievements [2], and time since the last completed 1on1 session [3]. You can view the 1on1 agenda and timeline of an employee by clicking the View Agenda link [4].

Sort Employees

To sort employees by last or first name, click the Sort By drop-down menu. Employee cards are sorted by last name by default.
