How do I use Bridge Perform as an admin?

As an admin, you can manage company goals and 1on1 settings for your account. 

Open Admin Page

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the Admin option [2].

The Admin page defaults to the 1on1 Settings page.

In the Frequency tab, you can establish how often managers should be meeting with direct reports by selecting a cadence from the 1on1 Frequency drop-down menu.

View Question Bank

In the Question Bank tab, you can create and manage the question bank, which gives managers access to questions to use as discussion prompts in 1on1 agendas.

The Global Navigation menu includes links for account and permission management.

The Account Management menu includes links to general account settings, custom branding, and integrations. You can also view links to the company goals page and 1on1 settings. Depending on your company’s account configuration, you may see links for tag management, sub accounts, and the Content Marketplace.

The Users & Permissions menu includes links to several different pages that let you manage users, groups, roles, and permissions for all users in your account.
