How do I manage 1on1 Settings in Bridge Perform as an admin?

As an admin, you can create and manage 1on1 settings in your Bridge Perform account. These settings let you manage your account’s question bank topics and questions.

Question banks can be used by managers as a resource for discussion prompts in 1on1 sessions. For example, if your company would like to create more focus around employee professional development, a question bank topic could be created to house questions related to professional development.

Open Application Switcher Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the Admin option [2].

Click the Account Management link [1], then click the 1on1 link [2]. 

View General 1on1 Settings

In the General tab, you can select how frequently you want your organization to hold 1on1s [1]. Additionally, you can select who should be allowed to mark a 1on1 agenda complete [2].

Open Question Bank

Click the Question Bank tab.

Enable Question Bank

To export the question bank, click the Export Question Bank link [1]. To add question banks using a CSV file, click the Add via CSV link [2].

To enable the question bank to be used by managers in your account, click the Question Bank toggle button [3].

View Topics

For each topic, you can view the topic title [1] and the number of associated questions [2].

To edit a topic title, click the topic title [1].

To rearrange the order of each topic, click and hold the Move icon [2], then drag the topic to the new location.

To delete the topic, click the Delete icon [3].

To add a new topic, click the Add a Topic link [4]. 

Note: Deleting a question bank topic will delete all contained questions. Deleting a question bank question will not remove the question from active and concluded 1on1 agendas.

To expand a topic and view the associated questions, click the Expand icon.

To edit a question, click the question title [1].

To rearrange the order of each question, click and hold the Move icon [2], then drag the question to the new location. You can also drag and drop questions into another topic.

To add a question, click the Add a Question link [3].

To delete a question, click the Delete icon [4]. 

Note: Deleting a question bank question will not remove the question from active and concluded 1on1 agendas.
