In this production release (September 14), admins can see how much time a learner has spent in a program. LTI objects can be added to programs. The Overdue and Completed Learners reports can be accessed from the Insights page. A bug fix is also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
Time Spent in Programs
Admins can see how much time learners have spent in a program. Time spent in a program is displayed in HH:MM:SS format in the Learners tab in the Program Details page. Total time in the program is calculated by adding the time spent in the included courses and the set duration of any attended live training sessions. Time spent in the program is also included in the Enrollments Export CSV file.
LTI Objects in Programs
Content created by a third party can be added to programs using an LTI integration. Once an LTI integration for the third party has been configured for the account, content from the third party can be added to a program as an LTI object. LTI objects give admins an easy way to add more functionality to programs and provide helpful resources to learners. The LTI object functionality largely depends on how the third party has built the LTI capability into their own system; not all third party content providers have LTI capabilities that will work with Bridge. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for help with configuring LTI integrations in your account.
Insights Page Reports Link
The Overdue Learners report and Completed Learners report can be accessed from the Insights page. The Deep Dive buttons under the Overdue Learners and Completed Learners statistics direct admins and managers to the Overdue Learners Report and the Completed Learners Report, respectively.
API Tokens and Custom Roles
Custom roles cannot be selected when creating a token in the API Configuration page. Previously, account admins were able to select a custom role from the drop-down menu even though API tokens cannot be created for custom roles.
