In this training, you will learn how to navigate and use Perform. It will include uploading job titles & skills for assessments, setting up company goals and account settings, creating 1 on 1 agendas and tips on how to have a successful one on one with tasks. You will also learn how to create goals and align them to company goals, learn how to view a learner's timeline, skills and assign achievements and trainings.

 

Prerequisite: Bridge Admin Training, unless Bridge Learn was not purchased. If Bridge Learn is not purchased, the Bridge trainer will make sure to include how to upload users with job titles and managers.
