In this Bridge Learn release (December 7), authors can use the Checkpoint Editor to add formatted text, hyperlinks, and media to checkpoint content. Additionally, messages can be sent to enrolled learners from the Checkpoint Details page. A bug fix is also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
Authors can add content to checkpoints using the Checkpoint Editor. Similar to the course editor, the Checkpoint Editor can be used to add formatted text, hyperlinks, and media. Additionally, authors can add a checkpoint description to help learners know what to expect from the checkpoint. Existing checkpoint descriptions have automatically been added to the checkpoint content area.
Messages can be sent to learners from the Checkpoint Details page. For checkpoints that do not require approval, recipient options include: everyone, overdue, incomplete, and complete. For checkpoints that do require approval, recipient options include: everyone, open, requested, rejected, and approved.
Users in accounts using Single Sign On (SSO) can log out of Bridge. Previously, Bridge would produce a background error, which was not displayed to the user, and appear to be unresponsive after a user tried to log out of their account.
