How do I create a new group?

To create a new Group you must be on the Groups page. 

   

If you are not on the Groups page, select the Groups icon on the top of the page. Select the blue Create Group button in the top right corner.

   

Name your Group.

   

Select the blue Create button.

   

Your Group will remain a Draft until you add at least one Exercise.  

To add an Exercise, select Exercises from the left side menu.

   

Select the gray Add Exercises button.

   

You can now scroll or use the search bar to find the Exercise you want to add to the group. (Note: if you hover over the competency cell for an exercise, the associated competencies will appear.)

Select the box next to the Exercise name and then select the blue Add Exercises button.

   

You are now ready to activate your Group by selecting the blue Go Live button.

   

Before Learners can participate in this Group and Exercise, you must first invite Learners and then configure the Exercise.
