How do I approve a pending member in Practice?

If your settings are set to Partially Open, there are Members you need to approve to allow access to the platform.

Open Memberships

  Click Membership link 

To approve a new Member in your Organization, select Memberships from the panel on the left hand side.

Hide Active and Inactive Memberships

  Click Pending radio button 

Click the Active and Inactive checkboxes to deselect them.

Show Pending Memberships

  View pending accounts 

Click the Pending checkbox if it is not already selected. Here you will see a list of all accounts that are pending your approval to join the Organization.

Approve Pending Member

  Click Approve button 

To approve a Member, select Approve under Actions. Learn how to deactivate a Member here.
