As the Organization Administrator, you can limit an Instructor's ability to invite Learners to join his or her Group.
Our default settings give Instructors the power to invite Learners to join their Groups. By doing so, the Learners will be automatically added to an Organization.
Organization Administrators, however, can change this default setting and be the gatekeepers of their Organization. To do this, an Organization Administrator must follow these steps:
Hover over your email and select Org Settings from the dropdown
Select the Learners tab
Below Let Learners join your Organization via invitation?, select No. Select the green Update button
