If you are experiencing difficulty viewing a video (e.g. the video will not load, it cut off prematurely, it froze, no sound), please do the following:
Check to see if you are using one of our recommended browsers (Chrome 21+, Safari 6+, Firefox 25+ and Internet Explorer 9+).
If you are using a supported browser, check your internet connection speed. Use Speedtest to check your speed. A speed of 2 Mbps is normal.
If your browser is supported and your internet speed is ok, try the following: 1) do a hard refresh (select here to learn how) and clear your cache (select here to learn how); 2) try a new browser; or 3) restart your computer and try again.
