If your videos have no sound or the volume is low, you may need to do the following:
- Check your computer's audio playback settings. Learn more about changing your audio options here - Windows Vista, Windows XP or Mac OS
- Check your computer's microphone settings. Refer to your operating system's instructions to see how you can make sure the microphone is picking up your audio.
- Check the Flash settings. Open up the recorder on ApprenNet and right click on the image. You should see an option for "Settings." Click that to open the Flash settings. In the Adobe Flash Settings window, select the microphone at the bottom of the window. Here, you can adjust your record volume and you should also see the green level bar on the left rising as your microphone pics up your sound.
If you're still having audio recording issues, contact us directly by clicking the green Help button on the bottom right of every ApprenNet page.
