Creating & Rolling Out Content on Practice

This is typically how we recommend getting an Exercise out to your teams:

  1. Create a Content Module in the Library
  2. Create a Group and add Exercises 
  3. Configure the Exercise (i.e. select exercise features and dates)
  4. Select the blue "Activate" button
  5. Invite fellow Instructors/Facilitators to the group (optional)
  6. Invite Learners to the group
      • All invitees will receive email notifications alerting them that they're invited to/added to a Group
      • Learners will also receive "Exercise Open" and "Stage Closing" notifications
  7. Assess your Learners' video submissions


Note: Stop after Step #4 if integrating Practice with an LMS. After activating your Group, link your learning activities to the LMS, and invite users to participate in Exercises as they would any other learning object on the LMS.
