Creating & Rolling Out Content on Practice

This is typically how we recommend getting an Exercise out to your teams:

 

  1. Create a Content Module in the Practice library (instructions here)
  2. Create a Group for your users (instructions here)
  3. Add Exercise(s) to your group (instructions here)
  4. Configure the Exercise and include appropriate open/close dates (instructions here)
  5. Select the blue "Activate" button
  6. Invite fellow Instructors/Reviewers to the Group (optional, instructions here)
    • Consider leveraging this email communication template for Instructors/Reviewers (linked here)
  7. Invite Learners to the group (instructions here)
  8. Monitor the Exercise Dashboard and download assessment scores as needed (instructions here)
  9. Assess Learner submissions (instructions here)

 

Note: If integrating Practice with Bridge, Canvas or another LMS, stop after Step #5. After activating your Group, link your learning activities to the LMS, and invite users to participate in Exercises as they would any other learning object on the LMS.
