In this Practice release (May 24), a new Help menu is available to all users. Admins can assign a new organizational author role. Admins and instructors can archive groups using both the web interface and mobile app. Users who access Practice with keyboard-only and screen reader tools have access to additional accessibility options.
The Participation Report CSV file contains a new column that notes the number of a learner’s practice attempts. The option to fully restrict organization membership is no longer available.
In the mobile app, icons indicating exercise response type appear in exercise preview screens and exercise list screens. Several bug fixes are also included. (Click an image to enlarge screenshot)
The author role is an organization-level role option for Practice users. Users assigned to the author role can create learning content and edit all learning content in an organization. Author role permissions include the ability to freely collaborate on content without requiring admin-level permissions.
The Global Navigation Menu includes a Help menu, which displays links to Practice community resources, a support email address, and a support phone number. These help options are displayed in easy-to-find locations in both the web and mobile user interfaces.
Admins and some instructors can archive groups, which allows for better group organization. Archived groups are visually separated from other groups in group lists. Exercises in archived groups are read-only and behave similarly to closed exercises.

Locked Exercise Stages
Learners can navigate away from the prompt and response stage when the stage due date is set in the future. Previously, some learners encountered a locked screen in the prompt and response stage.
Mobile users can record responses with a mobile camera, download a peer's response attachment, and leave comments on submissions. Previously, these features didn't always work as expected.
