Courses can be archived and unarchived. Archiving a course removes it from the Learning Library and sorts it into a separate tab on the Courses page. Archiving a course preserves the course's data, enrollments, and content, which are restored if the course is unarchived. This update supports better organization and a focused view in the Learning Library and Courses page.
Bridge Community contributions: Archive Training
Courses, programs, and live trainings can be shared privately with groups. Each course, program, or live training assigned to a group requires a relevance to be selected before enrollment invitations are sent. The levels of relevance for groups are Required, Recommended, or Available in Learning Library. This update makes the Learning Library more manageable and customized for individual groups.
Deep Dive Reporting Page
The Learn Insights page displays new widgets and supports expanded reporting options. The Deep Dive buttons beneath the How Compliant is My Organization? and What is the Progress of My Learners? widgets open an expanded Deep Dive reporting page. This page supports sorting and viewing data by group, team, people, or content and also allows users to further narrow their data by enrollment type, enrollment status, content type, and content tags. These reports can be exported as CSV files.
The expanded Deep Dive reporting page gives users more comprehensive and customizable data reports. The previously existing Deep Dive reporting page can still be accessed temporarily by clicking the Deep Dive buttons beneath the Overdue Learners, Completed Learners, and Active Users widgets.
Program Item Deletion
Program authors can delete program items using any browser. Previously, the Delete (trash) icon was missing from the Edit Program page in some browsers, which prevented authors from deleting program items.
Course Registration Loading Time
The course registration page loads promptly. Previously, the course registration page took up to 40 seconds to load for some large organizations.
