In this Bridge Learn release (September 13), authors can make changes to a course and communicate changes to both in-progress and completed learners. Several bug fixes are also included.

New Features

Course Change Notifications

After making changes to a course with current enrollments, authors can send notification messages to in-progress learners and re-enroll completed learners. These changes allow authors to communicate relevant course changes.

Fixed Bugs

Live Training Certificates

Live training completion certificates display the correct date of a user's most recent live training session. Previously, some live training certificates displayed the completion date of the earliest completed session, even after the user attended a new session.

Course Completion Certificates

Course completion certificates display the correct course completion date for re-enrolled learners. Previously, course certificates did not always display the completion date of a learner's most recent enrollment.

Sub Account Learning Libraries

All learning library items display in sub accounts. Previously, sub account learning libraries did not display any learning items for some users.

Completed Program Items

Completed learning items in programs display a completed status. Previously, some program learning items did not display a completed status even after a learner completed them.

SCORM Course Replacement

SCORM courses can be replaced and republished. Previously, the Publish button did not work on all replaced SCORM courses.

Live Training Completion

Learners can be marked complete in all programs that contain live trainings. Previously, learners could not be marked complete in programs when the earliest live training session seat limit was at full capacity.
