How do I add a personal goal using the Goals page in Bridge Perform as an employee?

You can add a personal goal to the Goals page. You can also align your goal to a team or company goal and display your goal on your timeline.

To add a personal goal, click the Add Goal button.

Add Goal Details

Enter a goal title in the Title field [1], then add a due date using the Calendar menu [2].

Add Subtask

To add a subtask, click the Add Task link.

  Enter Title and Date

Enter a task title in the Title field [1], then add a due date using the Calendar menu [2]. Subtask due dates are not limited by the parent goal’s due date. To delete a subtask, click the Delete icon [3].

Align to Company Goal

Align to Company Goal

To align your goal to a team or company goal, click the Company Goal or Team Goal drop-down menu and select the title of the team or company goal. Aligning your personal goal to a team or company goal creates a hierarchy that may help you visualize how smaller goals contribute upward to what is most important. 

Note: Your personal goal will become visible to your administrators and manager when it is aligned to a company goal. 

Show on Timeline

If you would like your personal goal to display on your timeline, click the Timeline toggle button. Personal goals that have not been shared will not be visible to administrators or your manager.

When you are finished adding the goal details, click the Done button.
