Once an admin has added learners to your account, you can find learners to add to your course. If adding learners via CSV file, the CSV file should contain only learners you want to add to the specified course.
- Adding a learner to your course automatically creates a due date for the learner, regardless of the course status (publish or unpublished).
- If your course is published, adding learners to your course immediately sends a course email invitation to all learners.
- If a learner cannot be removed, the learner was added to your course through a group. The only way to remove the learner is to edit the learner's group or remove the entire group from the course.
- Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Application Switcher Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Author menu option .
Click the Add Learner button . To add multiple learners via CSV file, click the Add via CSV link .
Note: If your course is published, adding learners to your course immediately sends a course email invitation to all learners.
To remove a learner, locate the learner and click the Remove icon . To remove multiple learners via CSV file, click the Remove via CSV link .
Note: If the course is part of a program, removing learners with a CSV file from the course will only remove learner enrollments that were directly enrolled in the course.
