With our flexible scheduling, you are able to schedule Exercise stages to open and close concurrently and/or sequentially. Exercise stages scheduled to run concurrently will allow Learners to complete the Exercise at their own pace.

To schedule exercise stages, enter the date in the Date field [1]. You can also click the Calendar button [2] to choose a date and time from the date picker [3].

Here, Learners are able to move through the Exercise stages at their own pace as long as they complete the entire Exercise between the stated open and due dates.

Note: The Exercise stages are gated so Learners must submit to one stage before moving onto the next.

View Sequential Exercises

  View sequential exercises

Exercises stages scheduled to run sequentially will move all Learners through an Exercise at the same pace. Here, all Learners must submit to each stage within the open and due window and cannot move on until the open date of the following stages.

Exercises can also be scheduled with a combination of sequential and concurrent stages. Here, all Learners must submit to the Prompt & Response stage by the same due date but are then able to submit to the Peer Assessment and Reflection stages at their own pace before the final due date.
