How do I add a team goal using the Goals page in Bridge Perform as a manager?

You can add a team goal to the Goals page. You can also align your team goal to a company goal.

In the My Team navigation menu, click the Goals link.

To view team goals, click the Team Goals tab.

To view team goals, click the Team Goals tab [1]. 

The Active tab displays all of your active team goals [2]. The Archived/Completed tab displays all of your completed team goals [3].

To edit, archive, complete, or delete the team goal, click the Options icon [4].

To view team goal details, click the title of the goal [5].

To add a team goal, click the Add Team Goal button.

Enter a goal title in the Title field [1], then add a due date using the Calendar menu [2].

Align to Company Goal

To align your goal to a company goal, click the Company Goal drop-down menu and select the title of the company goal. Aligning your team goal to a company goal creates a hierarchy that may help you visualize how smaller goals contribute upward to what is most important.

When you are finished adding the goal details, click the Done button.
