As an admin, you can manage conversation questions in your Bridge Perform account. These settings let you customize and add Performance Conversation agenda questions.
Open Application Switcher Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon , then click the Admin option .
Open Performance Conversation Settings
Click the Account Management link , then click the Performance Conversation link .
View Performance Conversation Settings
You can customize the conversation questions header and help text in the Wins, Plans, and Other sections.
To edit the question header text, click the question header text field and make your changes . To edit the help text, click the help text field and make your changes .
In the Other section, to add a new question, click the Add Question button .
- You can add the employee or manager name in any of the text fields by using [EmployeeName] or [ManagerName] in the text.
- Language translation is not supported for custom questions.
