Configuring SAML SSO with Bridge

The purpose of this document is to assist in SAML SSO with Bridge




  1. Open Bridge and navigate to Admin > Auth > SAML 2.0
  2. Click enable
  3. Paste the Identity Provider Metadata Link specific to this trust in your identity provider.
    • Alternately you can choose to configure your IdP metadata manually and paste your information in, if a metadata link is unavailable.
  4. Adjust any other checkboxes or data fields as required by your IdP.
  5. Then select Save




8. After you select save, the last three fields will populate. Copy the ACS URL and Audience URI.

9. Paste the copied ACS URL and Audience URI into your IdP to establish a trust with Bridge as a service.



  1. Open an Incognito or Private Browsing window in your preferred browser.
  2. Navigate to your Bridge instance by navigating to https://{client_domain}
  3. You will be directed to your account sign-on page where you will log in.
  4. If you are brought to the Bridge insights or my learning page after logging in, everything is good to go!
