How do I view the Organization Chart in the Bridge directory?

If enabled for your account, you can view and explore the Organization Chart (Org Chart) in the Bridge directory. The Org Chart displays the members, teams, departments, and leadership structure in your organization. The Org Chart is organized as a horizontal hierarchal tree chart.

Open User Profile

In the My Career page, click your Profile Picture icon.

Open Org Chart

Click the Org Chart button.

View Org Chart

Your profile card will display as the focal point of the org chart [1]. Your profile card includes your profile picture [2], name [3], title [4], location [5], links to any contact methods you added to your profile [6], your personal summary [7], and a link to your profile [8]. If you have employees that report directly to you, the number of your direct reporters will display in the upper right corner of your profile card [9].

The organizational hierarchy above your position will display as a line of profile pictures to the left of your profile card [1]. The number of direct reporters an employee has is indicated by the number next to their profile picture in the Org Chart [2]. If you have employees that report directly to you, their profile pictures will display to the right of your profile card [3].

To view any other employee's place in the Org Chart, click their profile picture or name [4].
