How do I manage Performance Conversation settings for an account?

As an admin, you can manage conversation questions and schedule Performance Conversations in your Bridge Perform account. These settings let you customize and add Performance Conversation agenda questions and schedule Performance Conversations for your entire organization.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the Admin option [2].

Click the Account Management link [1], then click the Performance Conversation link [2].

To customize Performance Conversation questions, click the Questions tab [1]. To customize Performance Conversation scheduling, click the Schedule tab [2].

In the Questions tab, you can customize the conversation questions header and help text in the Wins, Plan, and Other sections.

To edit the question header text, click the question header text field and make your changes [1]. To edit the help text, click the help text field and make your changes [2].

In the Other section, to add a new question, click the Add Question button [3].

Notes:

  • You can add the employee or manager name in any of the text fields by using [EmployeeName] or [ManagerName] in the text.
  • Language translation is not supported for custom questions.

To add other questions, enter text in the Question Text field [1] and Answer hint text field [2] for both employees and managers.

To publish your customized questions, click the Publish Changes button [2].

In the Schedule tab, to enable or disable Performance Conversations scheduling, click the toggle button.

Schedule Performance Conversation Occurrences

In the Next Occurrence drop-down menu [1], select date when you want to schedule the Performance Conversation.

In the Frequency drop-down menu [2], select 1, 3, 6, or 12 months for how often your organization will have Performance Conversations.

In the First Notification drop-down menu [3], select between 1 to 20 days before the Performance Conversation occurs.

In the Reminder drop-down menu [4], select off or 1 to 9 days before before the Performance Conversation occurs.

In the Overdue Message drop-down menu [5], select off or 1 to 5 days after the Performance Conversation is overdue.

On the calendar, the PC icon displays when the Performance Conversation occurs [6] and the envelope icons displays when email notifications and reminders are sent [7].
