Open Enrollment allows Bridge content creators to provide quick registration access to Bridge courses using outside systems like email. Once a course has been created, you can enable Open Enrollment and share the link with users. Users will then be able to use the link to register for courses. Registration links can be created for a course via the Course Details page once the Open Enrollment option has been enabled.
Open Author Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Author menu option .
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Course Settings
In the Course Details page, click the More Actions icon  and then click the Copy Link link .
Enable Open Enrollment
Click the Open Enrollment toggle button.
Note: If a course has been added to the Learning Library, Open Enrollment is automatically enabled. It cannot be disabled unless the course is removed from the Learning Library.
Copy Registration Link
Click the Copy button. The link will be copied to your clipboard, and you can paste this link anywhere inside or outside of Bridge. When users click the link, users will be directed to the registration page to choose the session they would like to register for.
