Bridge introduces the Bridge Mobile app, available for iOS phones and tablets. The Bridge Mobile app allows users to have a more efficient employee development experience using a mobile device.
The Bridge Mobile app is only available for users who use Single Sign On (SSO) in conjunction with Bridge.
Download the Bridge Mobile app in the App store. Version 1.0 requires iOS 12.1 or later.
The Bridge Mobile app allows employees and managers to cultivate employee development on the go. This app allows quick access to managing learning items, connecting with people in their organization using the Bridge directory, viewing and completing 1on1 agendas, as well as tracking goals and tasks.
View and Complete Learning Content
Employees can view their required learning items, learning items they’ve added, and completed learning items. Learning items will open in a new page and can be completed directly in the Bridge Mobile app.
Employees can search the Bridge directory for people in their organization and view their profiles. Depending on an organization’s preferences, directory profiles may differ.
Complete 1on1 Agendas
Employees and managers can add agenda items, tasks, and private notes to a 1on1 agenda, as well as view goals. Goals cannot be added within the Bridge Mobile app, and must still be added using the web. Tasks can also be marked complete in the 1on1 agenda.
