As an admin, you can designate users as facilitators in the Talent Review tool. Facilitators can adjust the talent review tool settings and questions, and begin and end review cycles.
You can also designate managers as reviewers in the Talent Review tool. Reviewers can use the tool to assess employee growth and development and make plans for future employee growth.
- Talent review data may contain private or sensitive information. Facilitator permissions should extend only to those authorized to view and edit sensitive employee data.
- The Talent Review tool must be enabled in your account before you can access the tool.
- Some features may be restricted based on user role permissions.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Admin menu option .
Open Talent Review Settings
Click the Account Management link  and then click the Talent Review link .
To add facilitators, click the Manage Roles link.
Talent Review facilitators can adjust the settings for talent reviews, create review standards, begin and end review cycles, complete reviews for all employees, and access all talent review information across the company.
Note: Talent review data may contain private or sensitive information. Facilitator permissions should extend only to those authorized to view and edit sensitive employee data.
Modify Role Permissions
In the Roles and Permissions page, enter your search terms in the Talent Review search field .
Click the Edit Roles icon .
Talent Review tool permissions are extended by role. Select a role for facilitator permissions by clicking the Role checkbox . Selecting a role will give all users with that role facilitator permissions.
By default, the Talent Review permission is not associated with any user role. To restore the default and remove facilitator permissions for all user roles, click the Restore Default link .
To return to the Talent Review page, click the Back button in your browser.
Manage User Permissions
After assigning facilitator permissions to Bridge role(s), you can give additional users facilitator permissions by editing their Bridge user roles. To manage Bridge user roles, click the Manage Users link.
Reviewer permissions can be given to Bridge managers in groups or as individuals. Managers designated as reviewers can use the Talent Review tool to evaluate their direct reports as well as anyone below them in their organizational reporting structure. Reviewers can also see completed review results in the Talent Review tool.
To add a group of reviewers, enter a group name in the Groups search field , then click the group name . Adding a group as reviewers gives all managers in the group reviewer permissions. To create or edit a group, click the Manage Groups link .
To add individual reviewers, enter a user's name in the Users search field , then click the user's name .
- Users who do not have any direct reports are not eligible to be reviewers.
- Any user can be added as a facilitator if they are assigned the applicable role in Bridge. Facilitators can complete reviews for all users.
