Training Manager at 1-800 CONTACTSPeng has spent the last 10 Years with 1-800 Contacts and Glasses.com in various roles including Customer Service Manager, Trainer, Social Media Specialist and Recruiter. Peng is currently the Training Manager over operations. his main focus is New Hire Onboarding in addition to Corporate Training and Learning and Development. Peng is passionate about flipping the roles in the classroom so learners take charge of their learning journey. Peng graduated from the University of Utah with BA in Teaching, with an emphasis in History and Minor in Asian American Studies. Peng is fluent in Cambodian and occasionally volunteers as a contracted interpreter locally. When not training, Peng loves combat sports (Boxing and MMA), and he is a die-hard Red Sox and Patriots fan and loves reading.
