Usability Improvements for 1on1’s

We made several updates to 1on1s to make them easier to use and navigate. 

• Added additional context for the “Complete 1on1” button so users understand what clicking this button does (pictured below). 
• Added information clarifying what is public for both users and what is private on an agenda.
• Updated the top header to include the names of both participants on the agenda. 
• Changed the private notes section to make it clearer that those notes were private to the individual.
