Announcing Analytics by Bridge! Follow
Enhancements to our platforms in-product reporting have been long-planned as a way to better serve customer needs and, in general, make customer data more readily available and easier to share.
As a result of these needs, we have completely revamped our in-product reporting. We are excited to announce the release of Analytics by Bridge, available to all accounts on April 22, 2021.
With a goal to provide better access to data across the platform, Analytics brings dramatic improvements in the following areas:
- New widgets and improved visual graphics capabilities
- New filters for almost every need
- Sharing and scheduling capabilities
- Customizable data for a variety of reports
- Improved export capabilities for more organizational transparency around data

With General Availability, no current Bridge features are changing or being removed. While the ultimate goal is to replace Insights altogether, there will be ample time for your organization to feel comfortable and fluent in Analytics prior to that happening.
A wide range of training resources related to Analytics will be available on Thursday, April 1. This will include a walkthrough video, training documents, a Bridge course, and an updated FAQ document. We will also help to provide a manager communication package that Admins can send to their managers.
So, who will be given access on April 22? By default, Admins, Account Admins, IT Admins, and Managers will have access. Admins, Account Admins, and IT Admins will have access to all data in the account, including sub-accounts. In contrast, Managers will only have access to data related to their reporting line. If you have any questions or concerns about who will have access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Analytics by Bridge is one of our biggest releases ever, and we’re excited to make it available. Our Beta program was wildly successful and yielded a number of improvements that make this an excellent addition to our platform.
Stay tuned for additional information and training material leading up to the general release.
