Within the Analytics area there is a plethora of data that you can use to create a report! The following guide goes over both ways available to create a scheduled report.
Scheduling from View Look
If you would like to schedule a report off a specific widget that is available you will want to click on the 3 dots (tile action) in the top right corner of that tile and select View Look. This action can be done for all widget tiles in the Overview, Transcripts, and Usage Metric pages.
Note: Usage Metrics is only available to Account Admin, Admin, and IT Admin roles; Managers and users with custom roles cannot see this section.
Once in the view you will click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner and select Schedule.
Once in the schedule screen, you can view any existing scheduled reports in the left hand panel and create a new report.
The options you can select when scheduling a report are renaming your report , tell the system where to send the report , select who it should be emailed to , chose which format to send the data in , select a trigger , set the delivery scheduled , and chose from some advanced options .
We recommend expanding the advanced options section and selecting the option for "All Results" under the Limit. If you do not select this it will only show up to 500 lines of information (the same as the limit in the user interface).
Where to send your Analytics
There are a few options on where to send the analytics report. You can send it to users via email, webhook, Amazon S3, and/or SFTP server. If selecting the Webhook, Amazon S3, or SFTP way you will need to get the specific information for each method from the person in your company in charge of that area.
If you've set up a report that you would like to sent to multiple places you can use the duplicate option for the report and change the "where should this data go" information.
Scheduling from the Dashboard
Note: If you schedule a report from this area there is a max limit on the export of 500 rows.
To schedule a report click on the 3 dots (dashboard actions) in the top right hand corner and then select "Schedule Delivery".
Once you've selected the option to schedule a delivery you will see this screen. In the settings tab you can set the recurrence , time , destination , email addresses  and format .
The Schedule Filters will be filled in with the items you already had selected when viewing the dashboard. If needing to add any additional parameters, you can do that within this window. If adding more filters, it will save automatically; you do not need to hit the save option until you've gone through the setup entirely.
Advanced Schedule Options
The Advanced Options allow you to add a message and select if you want to include links, expand tables to show all rows, arrange dashboard tiles in a single column, the paper size, and the delivery timezone.
Once you've finished setting all options you can either use the Test Now option to see if you like the way the report looks or Save it.
Once saved it will take you to a window that shows all currently scheduled reports. You can create a new report, send an existing report now, or select done to close out of the window and go back to the main Analytics page.
