To confirm how many license you've used to stay within contract you can use this new Usage Metrics page!
Note: Only Account Admins, Admins, and IT Admins are able to view this area. Managers and users with custom roles will not be able to see this area.
Access the Usage Metrics area
To access the Usage Metrics area select Analytics in the navigation menu and then Usage Metrics.

Selecting a Date
In here you can choose which date range you'd like to view data for. You can select one of the preset options for the last 7 days, last 14 days, last 28 days, etc. You can also choose a custom date range and select dates from a calendar.
Monthly Unique Users - Seat Model
This chart shows the number of logins for unique users in a given month; if a user logs in twice that is only counted as one entry on this chart.
This chart shows all logins done by all users in the filtered time frame. Note: The logins on this widget can come from even a single users; unique user logins are displayed on the 'Monthly Unique Users' widget.
Total Unique Users
This shows the aggregated number of unique users for the filtered time frame.
This will show the number of unique user logins (blue; equal to seat model widget) and unique users logging in first time in the filtered time frame (yellow). The red line is an aggregation of unique users logging in first in the filtered time frame. Right hand-side value represents a sum of unique users in the filtered time frame.
Note: This graph is does not use the Account Filter at the top, the data seen will only be for the account you're in. If you need subaccount information you will need to visit the sub and masquerade as one of the users with an admin role.
Completed Learning Items
This will show the number of enrollments for each learnable time that is completed within any given month.
Other Data Points
This area shows an aggregation for total course enrollments, total checkpoint enrollments, total live training enrollments, and total program enrollments.
You can download data for each widget on this page. To do this you click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of any widget and then select Download Data.
Scheduling a Report
To schedule a report you will want to select the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the page and select Schedule Delivery.
