In this Bridge Performance release (Jul 7), Admins have the ability to target specific questions within the Performance Conversations.
Question Targeting in Performance Conversations
Admins have the ability to target specific questions using the custom fields for the department, employee email, and title within the Performance Conversations. This will help HR admins run process-specific, low-effort review cycles and manage one review cycle for desired groups. For example, admins can target a question to only appear for employees that are in the Sales department.
- If a response has been added to a question by a user, the question and response should be preserved for that user throughout the entire cycle. Regardless of whether a later change happen in question targeting has been made or one of the user's criteria has been updated, that would cause a question to normally not appear for the user
- If a question targeting criteria is changed or a user's criteria is changed so that a user would see a question that they previously could not, the question will show for the user, regardless of what state the agenda is in. This rule is in effect even if the user's Performance Conversation is closed.
