Time Spent in Programs Removed from UI

In the Programs Learners tab, we previously included a column within the learner's table for time spent. This has historically created confusion and is known to have inaccuracies.  We removed this column from the UI, so it won’t be visible here.

Note: time spent will still be available within the CSV exports.
